Job Responsibility

Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Vertex O Series or Vertex Cloud
Integrate Vertex with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) for automated tax calculation and reporting
Collaborate with tax, IT, and finance teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable tax technology solutions
Configure tax rules, jurisdictions, taxability codes, and exemption certificates within Vertex
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve tax calculation and integration issues
Support tax compliance reporting with accurate system data and ensure audit readiness
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of tax engine updates
Stay current with U.S. and international indirect tax laws and Vertex enhancements
Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and user training
Mentor junior consultants or business users, as needed
