Job Description:

Join our team as a SAP User / Specialist and play a key role in supporting daily operations through efficient use of SAP ERP. You will work across core modules to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and contribute to high-quality business outcomes. This is an AI training role focused on practical SAP usage rather than technical system configuration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize SAP ERP daily to manage and validate data within FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules
  • Enter, update, and verify business data to maintain system integrity and meet operational standards
  • Generate and review standard reports, extracting key insights for process and business analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and improve SAP-related workflows
  • Ensure compliance with established business processes and data quality guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-level SAP issues, escalating when necessary
  • Provide clear written documentation and communication related to SAP usage and findings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP user, with expertise in FI, MM, and SD modules
  • Strong proficiency in SAP navigation, data entry, and validation tasks
  • Solid understanding of business processes supported by SAP ERP solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data using SAP reporting functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
