Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in CT and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of SAP S/4 solutions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving change management strategies and delivering impactful training programs tailored to organizational needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a robust change management strategy that supports SAP S/4 implementation objectives
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk analyses to address potential adoption challenges
  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged at every level
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-user training programs across various SAP modules, including Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
  • Manage and oversee training content development, utilizing tools like e-learning platforms and SAP Enable Now
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery of sessions to meet project deadlines
  • Perform training needs analyses and adapt curricula based on feedback and evolving business requirements
  • Monitor business readiness and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and knowledge checks
  • Facilitate smooth adoption of SAP solutions by addressing resistance and fostering user engagement
  • Track and report progress on change management initiatives to ensure alignment with project goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of six years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a business or manufacturing context
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to align change initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategies
  • Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and tools, including SAP Enable Now and Business Requirement Document preparation
