We are looking for an experienced SAP Training & Change Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in CT and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of SAP S/4 solutions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving change management strategies and delivering impactful training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a robust change management strategy that supports SAP S/4 implementation objectives
Conduct detailed impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk analyses to address potential adoption challenges
Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged at every level
Lead the design and delivery of end-user training programs across various SAP modules, including Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
Manage and oversee training content development, utilizing tools like e-learning platforms and SAP Enable Now
Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery of sessions to meet project deadlines
Perform training needs analyses and adapt curricula based on feedback and evolving business requirements
Monitor business readiness and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and knowledge checks
Facilitate smooth adoption of SAP solutions by addressing resistance and fostering user engagement
Track and report progress on change management initiatives to ensure alignment with project goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum of six years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a business or manufacturing context
Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated ability to align change initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategies
Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with SAP systems and tools, including SAP Enable Now and Business Requirement Document preparation
