Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to design, develop, and deliver SAP training programs for end users, super users, and support teams within a secure, regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling business adoption of SAP solutions by translating complex system functionality into practical, role-based training.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver SAP training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hands-on workshops) for business and technical users
  • Develop training materials including user guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content
  • Customize training content to align with business processes, SAP modules, and user roles
  • Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts by providing change-management-focused training
  • Work closely with SAP functional leads, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand training needs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and measure training effectiveness
  • Provide post-training support and knowledge transfer as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Trainer or SAP Functional Consultant with significant training delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA, or others)
  • Experience creating structured training curricula and end-user documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is an asset
  • Must hold valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance (or be eligible to obtain it)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
  • SAP certification(s) are an asset
  • Adult education, training, or change-management certifications are a plus
