Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP TOSCA Automation Engineer with strong analytical and collaboration skills to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across SAP applications. The individual will work closely with functional, QA, and development teams to build scalable automation frameworks, enhance regression suites, support CI/CD integrations, and ensure robust testing governance for enterprise SAP programmes.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, CO, and REFX using Tricentis TOSCA
  • Reuse and enhance TOSCA component libraries to support SAP and web-based test automation
  • Integrate TOSCA with SAP Solution Manager and ALM to ensure traceability and structured defect management
  • Design, execute, and review automation scripts for functional, regression, and negative testing scenarios
  • Collaborate with QA teams to understand functional roadmap and proactively update automation packs
  • Manage distributed execution of scripts using DEX machines and oversee nightly regression runs
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks to increase reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Integrate TOSCA automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for automated smoke and regression cycles
  • Apply risk-based testing approaches to prioritise scripts based on business impact and criticality
  • Implement test data strategies such as synthetic data generation and data masking to support secure test cycles

Requirements

  • A graduate in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP test automation using Tricentis TOSCA
  • Proficient in SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, CO, and REFX
  • Skilled in TOSCA Commander, TestStep libraries, and Requirements modules
  • Experienced in CI/CD integrations and distributed execution management
  • Familiar with STLC, QA methodologies, and structured defect lifecycle practices
  • A collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

Nice to have

Exposure to Vision AI in TOSCA, performance testing tools, or SAP transformation programmes is advantageous
