Job Description:

The SAP TM / LE Consultant role involves supporting and enhancing SAP Transportation Management and Logistics Execution processes within an S/4HANA / ECC landscape. Candidates should have strong experience in incident analysis, configuration, and stakeholder management. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields, with a focus on optimizing logistics processes and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Support and enhance SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE-Shipping) processes in an S/4HANA / ECC landscape

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Strong experience in incident analysis, configuration, and stakeholder management
  • Handle L2/L3 support for SAP TM and LE processes: incident analysis, resolution, monitoring, and user assistance
  • Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and implement permanent fixes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration issues with SD/MM/WM(or EWM)
  • Configure and support LE processes: inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping point / Receiving point determination, picking/packing, PGI, route determination, shipment processing , output determinations , transportation processing , HU ( if used )
  • Configure SAP TM: planning & execution, charge calculation, freight order lifecycle, tendering, carrier selection, and freight settlement
  • Working knowledge of transport master data and org structures (locations, carriers, equipment, lanes, calendars, rates)
  • Solid integration knowledge with SD and Warehouse
  • Gather requirements for enhancements, propose solutions, and prepare functional design documents (FS/WRICEF)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and SLA-based support
  • Conduct trainings, and prepare documentation (process flows, config docs, SOPs)
  • Good stakeholder management and communication
