SAP Test Lead role at Service Stream: Lead SAP testing strategies, mentor analysts, manage test plans, and drive quality across projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the design and execution of end-to-end test strategies across systems and delivery streams
  • Oversee and manage the preparation, execution, and governance of test plans, ensuring consistent and high‑quality delivery across all testing phases
  • Lead and mentor test analysts, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Act as the SME for all testing disciplines: functional, integration, regression, performance, and security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP ECC/S/4 HANA testing experience, including leadership roles in complex ERP or Field Services environments
  • Exposure to SAP, IFS, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle, and JIRA Xray highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in modern testing approaches (automation, CI/CD, test data management)
