As an SAP Technical Expert, you play a key role in developing and supporting SAP CRM applications and integrations. You ensure high-quality technical delivery, support daily operations, and contribute to improving the overall CRM platform and architecture.
Job Responsibility:
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and specifications
Develop and maintain SAP CRM solutions and integrations (CPI, IDocs, APIs)
Perform SAP CRM customising and enhancements
Analyse issues, design solutions, and implement fixes or improvements
Deliver end-to-end developments, change requests, and bug fixes
Support daily application operations and troubleshooting
Collaborate with architects and maintain an overview of system architecture
Drive technical improvements and platform optimisation
Requirements:
8+ years of SAP CRM project experience
Strong expertise in BSP, BOL/GENIL, and CRM upgrades
5+ years experience with SAPUI5/Fiori
Experience with ADT (Eclipse) and SAP data services (OData, web services)
Knowledge of integration formats/protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
