ABOUT THE JOB: Provide first and second level support for SAP users, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently. Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system errors. Document solutions, procedures, and user guides for recurring issues. Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities. Support end-users during UAT and training sessions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and security standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Years of experience: Junior level: minimum of 2 years
Senior level: 5+ years with key achievements in SAP environments
Proficiency with SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and related tools
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management tools
Good command of English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
High adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
