Job Description: Job Family Definition: Defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies. Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization. Management Level Definition: Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Job Responsibility
Test Management (Planning and Execution) in support of SAP system changes/updates
ECC SAP System Issue Resolution (Order Management, Purchasing, Order Fulfillment, Logistics)
Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge
Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance
Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance
Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution
Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues
Requirements
First level university degree or equivalent experience
advanced university degree preferred
Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function, with specialization in supply chain logistics, order management and program management
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
mastery in English and local language
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint
Transactional SAP (ECC/S4) Experience required (SAP Modules: Sales and Distribution
Logistics Execution, Material Management)
Business Process in relations to Order Management, Purchasing, Order Fulfillment, Material Master
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends
Nice to have
Experience of manufacturing shop floor systems and warehouse management systems is a plus
Experience of Supply Chain planning like Oracle, O9 and similar platforms
