We are looking for a skilled SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will lead functional design and solution architecture for supply chain planning. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Job Responsibility:
Lead functional design and architecture for SAP S/4HANA systems in supply chain planning
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure system configurations align with operational requirements
Design scalable solutions for demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
Prepare detailed process and functional design documents to translate business requirements into SAP configurations
Oversee defect resolution and implement changes to enhance system performance
Configure planning areas, master data, and key figures to drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory optimization
Provide guidance on SAP customization and support post-go-live activities
Manage IDoc configuration and processing to ensure seamless data integration
Partner with stakeholders to adhere to SAP best practices and standardization
Drive organizational change management related to SAP software adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, including post-go-live support
Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration, particularly in demand planning, S& OP, and inventory management
Proven ability to prepare functional design documents and map business processes into SAP systems
Strong knowledge of IDoc configuration and processing
Familiarity with SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, EWM, or related areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity, solve problems, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
