Job Responsibility:

  • Advise HR and business stakeholders on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Translate business and HR requirements into scalable system and process designs
  • Configure, support, and continuously enhance SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on: Recruiting/Onboarding and Employee Central and/or Performance & Goal and Succession Management
  • Analyze and design end-to-end HR processes in close collaboration with HR teams
  • Support testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Act as a technical and functional sparring partner for HR stakeholders
  • Coordinate and steer external consultants
  • Take ownership of sub-projects within global HR IT and transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a configuration or consulting role, on modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and/or Compensation Management & Variable Pay
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and digital HR landscapes
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear system solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, HR IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Very good English skills
  • German is an advantage
  • A structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
