Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation
  • Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4HANA
  • Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution
  • Drive data migration throughout the project: Data collection
  • Mapping

Requirements:

  • Strong end to end project implementation experience in: SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • S/4HANA HR / Payroll related components
  • Proven experience implementing integrations between: EC ↔ ECP
  • EC ↔ S/4HANA
  • ECP ↔ S/4HANA
  • Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures
  • Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation)
  • Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs
