The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, ensuring optimized client recruiting processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK)
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality
  • Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes
  • Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems
  • Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization
