We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation expertise to design, configure, and deploy learning solutions. The role focuses on aligning system capabilities with business requirements and ensuring seamless integration within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, while supporting governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the learning landscape.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS (design → build → test → deploy)
Gather and translate business requirements into effective system configurations
Configure core LMS capabilities including item management, curricula, programmes, assignments, and learning history
Manage learning requests, approvals, certification, and compliance tracking
Drive integration with external content providers such as LinkedIn Learning and OCN
Oversee system integrations across SF Platform, BizX, IAS/IPS, and third-party systems
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Design and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects
Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Centres of Excellence to align solutions with business goals
Maintain governance, security, and role-based permissions
Provide production support and recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
Proficient in end-to-end LMS implementation and system configuration
Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable and effective solutions
Familiar with integrations across SuccessFactors modules and external systems
Knowledgeable in data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes
Comfortable supporting UAT cycles and troubleshooting system issues
A collaborative individual who works effectively with cross-functional teams such as HR and L&D
Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, compliance, and system integrity
