Job Description:

As the SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Lead (RCM/ONB), you will lead the delivery of innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple client projects. You will play a key role in transforming recruitment and onboarding processes for our clients, ensuring they are aligned to industry best practices while leveraging SAP HCM technologies. This position involves leading implementations, optimising business processes, and providing expert-level guidance to stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ recruitment and onboarding processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions
  • Lead end-to-end implementations and support projects across SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)
  • Support customers in defining, enhancing and documenting business processes
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps, and design the implementation timeline
  • Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
  • Define the testing approach, develop test scripts, execute test scripts, and manage issue resolution
  • Finalise configuration: migrate solution to the productive environment, perform data migration activities, and support cutover
  • Conduct knowledge transfer activities including training and customer support for ongoing skill development

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projects
  • Strong expertise in HCM process optimisation and design with a deep interest in best practices and industry trends
  • SuccessFactors certifications in Recruitment (RCM) are essential
  • Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB) certifications highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and assess requirements from functional business owners
  • Experience configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite
  • Familiarity with integration into Employee Central
  • Skilled in developing functional and systems specifications
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Clear statement of legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand
