Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and be capable of driving end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) module
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with HR processes and best practices
  • Manage data migration, interface integration, and system testing activities
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
  • Work closely with other SuccessFactors module consultants (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant enhancements or upgrades

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data models
  • Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and integrations (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
