Job Responsibility:
Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules
Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
Provide end-user training and support
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules
Work closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
Strong functional knowledge of Talent modules
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Excellent understanding of the business process
