Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our Business Consulting division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across selected modules
  • Support pre-sales activities by helping prepare documentation, demos, or feasibility assessments
  • Collaborate with clients to collect and refine functional requirements
  • Configure and test system functionalities according to business needs and project guidelines
  • Work closely with senior consultants and project leads, contributing to smooth and timely project delivery

Requirements

  • At least 4/6 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and structured project lifecycles
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configurations
  • Autonomy in managing assigned tasks, while recognizing when to ask for support
  • Interest in HR processes and a strong motivation toward digital transformation
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team
  • Open to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites
