Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development
  • Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
  • Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements
  • Experience with data migration and integration techniques (e.g., EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Nice to have

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
