Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
3–5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development
Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements
Experience with data migration and integration techniques (e.g., EC data imports, MDF objects, API integrations)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
