Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of SAP and SuccessFactors applications (Core HR, Time & Attendance, ATS)
Provide functional support to users, handle requests, and proactively resolve incidents
Document and understand the business processes of each SAP/SuccessFactors module to ensure consistency and efficiency
Oversee planning and staffing required for the smooth operation of systems and related projects
Prioritize and coordinate activities to ensure effective application governance
Work closely with internal teams and partners to align solutions with organizational needs

Requirements:

Solid experience (5+ years) in SAP/SuccessFactors and application management
Strong skills in project management and application support
Highly proficient in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM, Core HR, Time & Attendance, ATS)
Good knowledge of talent management tools, ideally Phenom
Deep understanding of HR processes and their integration within the SAP ecosystem
Skilled in organization, prioritization, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong ability to analyze, understand, and improve business processes
Effective leadership in user management and team coordination
Rigorous, analytical, and service-oriented
Fluent in English
Any additional European language is a strong asset
