Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide post-implementation and stabilization support for an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors deployment scheduled to go live in early July. This role will support business users, troubleshoot issues, assist with process optimization, and help ensure a smooth transition into operational support across key SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced public sector environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors following go-live
Support and troubleshoot issues across SuccessFactors modules including: Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), Onboarding
Assist business users with system functionality, issue resolution, and process guidance
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support stabilization activities
Support configuration reviews, testing activities, and defect resolution where required
Assist with knowledge transfer, documentation, and user support activities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Support ongoing enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Strong hands-on functional experience with: Employee Central (EC), LMS, Onboarding
Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations and/or post-go-live stabilization
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments is considered an asset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional and technical teams
Nice to have
SAP SuccessFactors certifications
Experience supporting municipal or government organizations
Exposure to integrations and downstream HR processes
