Requirements:
More than 5 years of SAP Success Factor Implementation Experience in various industries covering all the phases of an Implementation cycle
Expertise in SuccessFactors Project management methodology & deliverables
SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management and Succession Management Solution Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
Must have good understanding on XML
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player
Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
