Job Description:

We are currently seeking a SAP Sr ABAP CRM Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join an international project focused on SAP CRM domain for Customer Service. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants and architects to develop, adapt, and optimize the processes in SAP, supporting key functionalities such as Call Center, Repair, Billing & Invoicing (depending on the solution).

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop and implement ABAPsolutions in the context of CRM
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces
  • Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA Integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, Microsoft Dynamics, finance, and technical integration teams)
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing developments

Requirements:

  • Total- 15 Yrs
  • Relevant-15 yrs (can vary min. 10 yrs)
  • SAP ABAP Development- OOPs, Agile, custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces in context of CRM Application (SAP- CRM)
  • Experience with SAP CRM Web UI
  • Experience with SAP BRF+
  • Experience with integration scenarios (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs) between SAP and external systems
  • Experience working with Service Contracts processes
  • Design, develop and implement ABAPsolutions in the context of CRM
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces
  • Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA Integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, Microsoft Dynamics, finance, and technical integration teams)
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing developments
  • English – Full professional proficiency (required)
  • Excellent communication – stakeholder communication

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP Forms (Adobe form, Smart form, or SAP Script)
  • Experience working with Billing & Invoicing processes (pricing procedures, tax handling, number ranges, output forms, e-invoicing, etc.)
