SAP Solution Manager Consultant

• System monitoring is in place by performing checks
• Ensure System is integrated to solman systems
• Maintain FRUN Monitoring related Parameter values as per standards
• Ensure LMDB entries are correct with proper assignments of DB and application
• Ensure Data supplier is up to date in LMDB
• Ensure SSI is completed successfully
• Ensure system monitoring is fine
• Address all alerts caused by monitoring related issues (Availability, Self-monitoring)
• Perform checks when alerts are triggered in mass, or no alerts are triggered as per the troubleshooting guide
• Handling DATA SUPPLIER ISSUES
• Handling EWA issue
• Address EWA report when its Grey
• Address EWA generation Issue
• Ensure correct Monitoring Configuration and perform Troubleshooting
• Ensure availability of Monitoring for Data in FRUN as a prerequisite to reflect in Customer launchpad (Capacity memory, CPU utilization, Memory usage)
• Enable/Disable monitoring for various system types
• Uploading data to Maintenance Planner (MP) and troubleshooting MP related issues
• Perform Re-integration for all scenarios
• Ensure correct monitoring configuration after DNS Migration
• Perform Decommissioning of host/system/Customer Network
• Perform Monitoring Re- Integration according to the available guidelines
• Responsible for solving issues regarding: Maintenance planner
• LMDB entries
• EWA report generation
• Diagnostic agent issues
• Metric related issues

• 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in SAP solution manager administration (FRUN - SAP Focused Run)
• Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients
• Graduate degree (Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate)
• Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days
