Job Description

The SAP Solution Manager Consultant role requires 3 to 8 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager administration, particularly with FRUN. The consultant will be responsible for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring correct configurations. Strong communication skills are essential for client interactions. This position is based in Bangalore & Hyderabad and requires a rotational shift including night shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • System monitoring is in place by performing checks
  • Ensure System is integrated to solman systems
  • Maintain FRUN Monitoring related Parameter values as per standards
  • Ensure LMDB entries are correct with proper assignments of DB and application
  • Ensure Data supplier is up to date in LMDB
  • Ensure SSI is completed successfully
  • Ensure system monitoring is fine
  • Handle alerts caused by monitoring related issues (Availability, Self-monitoring)
  • Perform checks when alerts are triggered in mass, or no alerts are triggered
  • Handling DATA SUPPLIER ISSUES
  • Handling EWA issue
  • EWA report when its Grey
  • EWA generation Issue
  • Ensure correct Monitoring Configuration and perform Troubleshooting
  • Make sure availability of Monitoring for Data in FRUN
  • Enable/Disable monitoring for various system types
  • Uploading data to Maintenance Planner (MP) and troubleshooting MP related issues
  • Re-integration for all scenarios
  • Ensure correct monitoring configuration after DNS Migration
  • Decommissioning of host/system/Customer Network
  • Monitoring Re- Integration according to the available guidelines
  • Responsible for solving issues regarding: Maintenance planner, LMDB entries, EWA report generation, Diagnostic agent issues, Metric related

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP solution manager administration (FRUN - SAP Focused Run)
  • Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients
  • Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
  • Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days
