Job Description:

We are seeking for a SAP Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The SAP Solution Architect is accountable for defining, governing, and delivering end-to-end SAP solution architectures that align business strategy with technology capabilities. The role bridges business, functional, and technical domains to design scalable, secure, and future-proof SAP S/4HANA solutions. The Solution Architect ensures architectural consistency, clean-core compliance, integration integrity, and long-term sustainability across complex SAP landscapes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, configure and own end-to-end SAP S4/HANA Source to Pay solution architecture across business processes, applications, data, and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Translate procurement business strategy and requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs, including process flows, system landscapes, and integration patterns
  • Lead architecture governance for solutions, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and vendors (3rd party add-ons/integrated components) to align architectural decisions and resolve cross-stream dependencies
  • Design, configure and oversee solution and integration architecture between SAP S4/HANA Source-to-pay module, and third-party systems, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Provide hands-on configuration and guidance during design, build, testing, and deployment phases, reviewing business, functional and technical specifications for alignment with the target architecture
  • Evaluate solution alternatives, assess risks and impacts, and recommend optimal approaches based on cost, scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Support data architecture and migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems
  • Drive architecture decisions for SAP Source-to-Pay transformations, rollouts, or migrations when needed aligning with business requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership, supporting roadmap definition, release planning, and future enhancement strategies
  • Mentor and guide solution designers and functional consultants, promoting architectural thinking and best practices across teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SAP experience, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and deep focus on Source-to-pay
  • Proven experience designing and governing end-to-end SAP Source-to-pay architectures for large or complex transformation programs
  • Extensive experience with SAP integration patterns (SAP BTP Integration Suite, API...) and third-party add-ons/integrations
  • Solid background in Source-to-pay and cross-module integration
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to produce architecture documents, solution diagrams, and design decision records
  • University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Products environments and familiarity with large-scale global rollouts is a strong advantage
