Job Description

In our team, we create, maintain, and optimize ERP applications. As a member of our in-house ERP Engineering team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our Zalando Group project portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing, enhancing and maintaining SAP processes within our SAP S/4HANA systems, with a particular focus on modules in the SAP Retail and BRIM areas, leveraging the full potential of S/4HANA technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and enhance complex applications in BRIM area leveraging your S4HANA technical expertise
  • Building interfaces within Zalando landscape and external systems
  • Collaborate closely with BRIM consultants to build end-to-end solutions
  • Proactively participate in the continuous maintenance and optimization of our processes, standards, and services
  • Staying updated with the latest technological advancements and continuously expanding your expertise

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in Object Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP
  • Expertise in OData services, CDS Views, AMDP and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
  • Expertise in S/4HANA and its coding style
  • Relevant work experience in developing solutions in one of the following modules: FICA / CI , MM, SD
  • Understanding of main business processes in the relevant module area
  • Practical work approach and flexibility with changing requirements
  • Understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design
  • Familiarity with SAP AIF
  • Adaptability and desire to quickly learn new skills
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
