We are seeking an SAP SF EC Payroll Consultant to implement, enhance, and support cloud payroll solutions end to end. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll leveraging SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and integrations with EC and third party systems.
Job Responsibility:
Lead configuration and support of EC Payroll (ECP): pay components, wage types, schemas/PCRs, off‑cycle payroll, retro calculations, pay period/calendar setup, and posting to Finance
Manage EC – ECP master data replication and integration (Business Integration Builder, middleware/iFlows)
Configure payroll rules for statutory compliance, garnishments, benefits, and taxes
coordinate with tax engines/providers as applicable
Analyze and resolve payroll issues (root cause, simulation, and defect fixes)
ensure accurate results across parallel and mock runs
Develop payroll reports (Adhoc/Canvas/Story, ABAP variants where applicable) and support audit/controls (SOX, segregation of duties)
Own cutover activities, payroll calendars, year end processes, and production support including incident/CR management
Collaborate on time data interfaces (clock/Time Off/Time Tracking), GL posting, and bank file/payment integrations
Create functional specs, test scripts, and training
drive UAT and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
4–5 years in SAP payroll with at least 2+ years focused on SuccessFactors ECP and EC replication
Hands on with payroll schemas/PCRs, wage type configuration, off cycle, retro, and posting to FI
Experience with SF provisioning, RBP, data models, and BIB
familiarity with CPI/PI or other middleware
Strong understanding of statutory payroll compliance and year end processes for [target country/region]
Proficient in defect management, testing cycles, and documentation

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position
