Job Description

Are you a Technical Specialist who has experience providing end-to-end technical support for SAP Service & Assett Manager? Do you have a background with enabling field operations, asset management, and service workflows through mobile platforms integrated with SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems.? We're looking for an SAP Services and Asset Manager Developer for an initial 12 month contract with the potential for extensions! The preference is for an individual based in British Columbia, but open to qualfiied candidates who are based remotely.

Job Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP Service & Asset Manager mobile application across iOS and Windows platforms
  • Manage integration with SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems using SAP Mobile Services and Business Technology Platform
  • Configure personas (Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician, Inventory Clerk) and role-based access
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for SSAM, including OData services, backend connectivity, and synchronization issues

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Service & Asset Manager architecture and functionalities
  • Proficiency in ABAP, SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Mobile Services
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration
  • Hands-on experience with SAP iOS SDK, MDK, and mobile app deployment
  • Familiarity with offline synchronization and persona-based mobile workflows
