Are you an experienced SAP Service and Field Service Management professional looking to make an impact on national service delivery processes? Service Stream is seeking a Systems Analyst (SAP Service Order & FSM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge solutions that keep our operations running smoothly. As the SAP Service Order Management (SOM) and Field Service Management (FSM) Analyst, you’ll be the go-to functional expert for end-to-end service delivery processes. You’ll work on solution design, configuration, and integration between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and FSM tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP FSM. This is a hands-on role where you’ll translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure SAP SOM/CS for service orders, resource-related billing (RRB), service contracts, and warranty management
  • Lead integration design between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and FSM tools for master and transactional data
  • Configure and maintain SAP FSM, including technician settings, planning boards, and mobile app logic
  • Facilitate business process workshops and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop functional specs, test plans, and end-user documentation
  • Ensure solution architecture consistency and adherence to best practices
  • Provide incident support for service and FSM processes
  • Mentor junior team members and lead testing phases for deployments and upgrades

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SAP Service Management (CS) or Service Order Management (SOM) with multiple full-cycle implementations
  • 2+ years in SAP FSM or similar cloud FSM solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce FS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • SAP Certification in Service Management or Service Cloud preferred
  • Strong integration expertise using SAP CPI or similar tools
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Service modules
  • Expertise in RRB configuration and integration with SD, MM, FI/CO
  • Familiarity with FSM data models and mobile configuration
