We are looking for a Service Manager SAP to lead and manage SAP services within complex Enterprise Solutions environments. The role will be responsible for ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, client satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the assigned service scope. The Service Manager will act as a key point of contact for the client, coordinating delivery teams, client stakeholders and third parties, while ensuring that SLAs, governance, methodology, quality standards and service commitments are properly managed and continuously improved.
Job Responsibility
Manage the SAP service scope, contractual commitments, SLAs, billing model, incentives, penalties and service delivery methodology
Ensure the sustainability, quality and continuous improvement of the service over time
Plan, prioritize and monitor service demand, activities, risks, issues and corrective actions
Lead service governance meetings with the client, preparing and presenting service performance, risks, priorities and recommendations
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between the SAP service, business needs and market best practices
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, client units and third-party providers to ensure effective service delivery
Promote the use of service management methodologies, quality plans, tools and productivity improvement practices
Requirements
5 years - 10 years of experience in SAP service management, SAP application management, delivery management or similar roles
Strong understanding of service governance, SLA management, contractual scope and service delivery models
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, client stakeholders and third-party providers
Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and ability to diagnose, structure and solve complex service or solution-related problems
Knowledge of service management methodologies, quality frameworks and productivity tools
Awareness of data privacy, information security, ethical considerations and technology disruption
Fluently English and French speaking. Dutch is a plus.
