Service Delivery Manager with 12+ years of IT experience. Mandatory to have experience to work directly with customer and represent the project. Should be able to manage stakeholders at general management level and should be able to represent the RUN activities in the Steering meetings. Mandatory to have good experience on management of SAP Functional Support Projects. Should have very good understanding of ITIL processes. Should be able to manage the contract conditions and make sure that team is performing as per that. Accountable for KPIs, financial management for Fixed price contract and appropriate report. Will be operationally involved with Customer, Domain Leaders, Teams to make sure that day to day operations are managed efficiently. Should be driving the Innovation and Value Adds as well as working closely with team for continuous improvement. Should be ok to work in French shift and French calendar. Should be ok to work on India Bank Holidays. Open to travel to France for short term (if required).
