Job Description

Development, operation and maintenance of SAP SIEM (ETD & Focused Run); analysis of the security events in the worldwide SAP Architecture; creation and deployment of detection patterns/controls; defining appropriate security measures; regularly reviewing the monitoring of SAP systems

Job Responsibility

  • Development, operation and maintenance of SAP SIEM (ETD & Focused Run)

  • development of SIEM correlation rules to detect new threats and to reduce false positives
  • maintaining configuration for connected SAP Systems
  • defining and initiating appropriate security measures
  • regularly reviewing/optimizing the monitoring of SAP system
  • creating security reports and metrics for management and auditor reviews
  • definition and analysis of requirements with stakeholders

Requirements

  • SAP experience (Ideally SAP Basis)
  • experience in working with SIEM solution(s)
  • confidence with Incident Event Management (Processes, Playbooks, Workflows)
  • strong interest in IT security technologies
  • experience in analyzing log and alert data
  • willingness to learn in the domain of SAP Security
  • highly motivated person with strong analytical skills
  • positive team player with very good communication skills
