  • User Empowerment: Trains end-users, maintains rigorous documentation according to group standards, and guides team members on commercial and supply chain topics
  • Operational Excellence: Resolves technical tickets within agreed SLAs and hosts regular reviews with business stakeholders to refine service delivery

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, project-based experience specifically in SAP SD implementations
  • Deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales, Pricing, ATP, Billing, and Credit/Debit management
  • Proficiency in data migration and cutover execution
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • SAP Certifications or ABAP development skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and a focus on driving measurable results
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-based environment while maintaining the independence to work autonomously

Nice to have:
