Job Description:

Sopra Steria is looking for an SAP SD Senior Functional Consultant to lead design, implementation, and consulting projects related to SAP Sales and Distribution. The position involves leading workshops, articulating proposed solutions, preparing detailed functional specifications, optimizing processes, enhancing system performance, and deploying with minimal gaps. Candidates should have experience interacting with stakeholders, training end-users, collaborating on integrations, and conducting lifecycle implementations. Travel may be required during key project phases.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Business Process Workshop
Identify the GAP with proposed solution
Business core stakeholders’ interaction
Prepare/Write Functional specifications
Deploy Core Model with minimum gaps
Conduct training sessions for end-users
Lead integration with non-SAP satellite applications

Requirements:

Expert in design/implementation/consulting with SAP Sales and Distribution
SAP SD certification is plus
At least 3 End to End Implementation in SAP SD Module (ECC) – Preference for Manufacturing and Retail Industries Implementation experience
Specialized in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
Candidate capable and well Experienced in leading Business Process Workshop and identify the GAP with proposed solution in identified Gaps
Business core stakeholders’ interaction to nail down the requirements and articulate with proposed solutions
Able to Prepare/Write Detailed functional specifications for Business requirement
Should be autonomous, able to challenge the Business, to orient the business on core solutions without customizations
Good capability to quickly learn and understand the Core Model and to deploy it with minimum gaps
Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement
Good knowledge and experience on Integration with additional SAP Core modules Like -MM, PP, FICO etc
Lead full lifecycle End to End Implementation for EU clients
Interact with multiple contributors on non-SAP satellite applications and lead the integration
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD functionalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Working style: customer-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic vision
Team members should have a Professional graduation
Willing to travel occasionally to customer locations for projects key phases

Nice to have:

SAP SD certification
