Job Responsibility

Lead and drive fit-gap analysis across markets, identifying deviations from the core business model and proposing pragmatic, standard-aligned solutions
Act as the primary SD Billing product owner across analyse, design, build, test, and go-live phases of large-scale transformation programmes
Ensure system integrators clearly understand business requirements and deliver detailed, high-quality solution designs aligned to Vodafone governance and SAP methodologies
Review functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and solution designs within agreed service levels, ensuring end-to-end billing integrity
Support UAT preparation and execution, perform pre-UAT quality inspections, and proactively identify defects and usability risks
Provide business-facing support during go-live and post–go-live phases, acting as the key point of contact for billing-related issues and ensuring timely resolution
