Job Responsibility:
Partner with customers in discovery sessions to understand their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals
Translate business needs into clear SAP S/4HANA solution proposals with measurable value
Prepare proposals, estimates, and RFP/RFI responses aligned with customer requirements and LeverX offerings
Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and PoCs that illustrate real business impact
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to design feasible roadmaps and deployment models
Support the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and handover
Stay current on SAP innovations (Sales, Service, CX, FSM, CPQ, BTP) and lead workshops to build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SAP Sales consulting or pre-sales roles
Deep expertise in S/4HANA Sales (SD) and the end-to-end O2C process, including sales order management, pricing, billing, availability checks, credit management, and integration with logistics and finance
Exposure to S/4HANA-aligned CX components such as SAP CPQ, SAP FSM, or SAP Customer Data Cloud is a strong plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate S/4HANA Sales and O2C capabilities into clear business value for customers
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition), including configuration knowledge, solution design, or pre-sales activities within the S/4HANA Sales area
Participation in at least two S/4HANA implementation or pre-sales cycles, covering Sales or O2C scope and demonstrating involvement in solution architecture or value-based demos
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~30%) for workshops, demos, and customer engagements
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SAP BTP for S/4HANA extensions, side-by-side extensibility, or integration scenarios (e.g., Salesforce, eCommerce, CPQ) is a plus
SAP certification in S/4HANA Sales, SAP SD, or related Customer Experience solutions is an advantage
