Job Description:

The SAP Order Management & Customer Service Consultant will support a DPAS compliance enhancement initiative, ensuring that SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and customer service processes properly support priority-rated (DO/DX) orders in accordance with Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulations. This role will focus on enhancing order capture, prioritization, fulfillment visibility, and auditability of rated orders across the SAP landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Controls, Traceability & Reporting
  • Gather and document DPAS-related functional requirements
  • Prepare functional design specifications for enhancements
  • Support SIT and UAT cycles with end-to-end rated order scenarios
  • Validate compliance before production deployment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years strong hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC (Sales & Distribution) and CS (Customer Service)
  • 5+ years experience working in integrated SAP landscapes (MM, FI, Planning)
  • 2+ years experience supporting compliance-driven SAP enhancements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • ITAR - US Citizen only
