Job Description

A leading international retail and consumer-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist to join its SAP Center of Excellence. This role will play a key part in driving pricing strategy, commercial processes, and SAP pricing solutions across a complex international business landscape. The successful candidate will combine deep SAP SD/MM expertise with strong business process knowledge to support pricing transformation initiatives, optimise commercial operations, and ensure accurate pricing execution across multiple sales channels. Working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, commercial departments, and SAP specialists, you will help shape and maintain scalable pricing processes that support business growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and support SAP pricing processes across sales and procurement functions
  • Analyse, design, and optimise pricing procedures, condition techniques, and commercial processes
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate pricing requirements into SAP solutions
  • Support pricing-related projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across products, promotions, discounts, rebates, and customer agreements
  • Collaborate with SAP SD, MM, Finance, and Master Data teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing governance, controls, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pricing-related system and process issues
  • Support testing, documentation, training, and user adoption activities
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimisation programmes where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP MM
  • Deep understanding of SAP Pricing and Condition Technique
  • Proven experience supporting commercial and pricing processes within large organisations
  • Experience configuring and maintaining pricing procedures, condition records, and pricing determination logic
  • Strong understanding of: Sales Order Processing
  • Procurement Processes
  • Customer Pricing
  • Discount Management
  • Rebates and Promotions
  • Contract and Commercial Agreements
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into SAP solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • SAP S/4HANA experience
  • Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, or Wholesale industry experience
  • Knowledge of SAP F&R, CAR, or other retail-related SAP solutions
  • Experience in international or multi-country SAP environments
