The SAP SD Lead role requires over 10 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash, focusing on leading implementations and process improvements. Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes
Manage integration points with other SAP modules
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management
Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
SAP certification is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
