Job Description:

We're looking for an external SAP SD/CS Consultant to support and extend an existing team, covering both project/change delivery and advanced support activities. The consultant will operate in the EMEA time zone, working fully remote from within the EU. This is a long-term opportunity with strong extension potential beyond the initial contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver projects and change requests across: Order to Cash (SD)
  • In-house Repairs / Service (CS)
  • Handle Level 2 & Level 3 support issues in line with defined SLAs
  • Perform service requests and operational support activities
  • Create, analyse, and resolve incidents within SLA
  • Problem Management & Root Cause Analysis for complex issues
  • Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams (internal & external to IT/CIT)
  • Ensure stable and efficient SD/CS process execution for the business

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP CS
  • Solid understanding of Order to Cash processes
  • Experience supporting service / repair processes within SAP CS
  • Proven L2/L3 support capability in a production SAP environment
  • Experience working with incident, problem, and change management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup
  • English fluency (spoken & written)
