Job Responsibility
Incident support
Collect incidents through ticketing system
Analyze incidents according to priority
Understand the issue and be able to reproduce the case
Propose and apply a solution to fix
In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solution Functional & Technical Support requests (how to do … Interface monitoring….)
Collect functional support requests through ticketing system
Identify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (SupplyOn, Taulia, KDS, Highradius,..) and resolve with the corresponding expert
Analyze and Answer to the end-user requests
Small system evolution requests (SAP FI/CO customizing adaptations)
Collect small systems evolution requests
Analyze the requests and design the solution
Customize, test and deliver the solution
Participate to integration test phases
Prioritize the topics in connection with SAP FI/SD product responsible in Headquarter
Validate the solutions with SAP F/SDI product responsible in Headquarter when needed
Update relevant SAP FI/SD product documentation (customizing dossier,….)
More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the whole support process and proposes permanent improvements in process or ticketing tools.
Requirements
Experience in Finance / IT
Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P, O2C, T&E)
Basic technical skills: data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, interfaces with cloud solutions…
Ability to understand, navigate within a complex application architecture
Basic knowledge on SAP FI/SD customizing
Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce and resolve incidents
Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented and team spirit
Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Strong relationship building skills, internally within IT and with business users
