Job Description:
Lead and support SAP SD implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support. Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including sales order creation, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, cancellations, and order modifications. Design and configure Sales Order Pricing including condition techniques, discounts, surcharges, promotions, bundles, and rebates. Configure and support Credit Card payment processing including integration with external payment service providers. Manage and enhance Rebate processing including standard SAP rebates and Vistex-based rebate models. Support EDI and eCommerce integrations including inbound/outbound sales orders, pricing, availability, order confirmations, and invoicing flows. Apply understanding of ATP including inventory and availability checks, backorder processing, and delivery confirmations. Work closely with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and external systems. Support functional specifications, test execution (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live support. Troubleshoot complex production issues. Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across SD initiatives.
