Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Sales & Services Architect (f/m) to join our Spares & Services department for Customer Services (S) based in Toulouse, France. As SAP Sales & Services Architect you will define the Airbus vision, the strategy & the roadmap of the SAP line of business “Services” for Spares & Services PSL with a strong link with ERP COE and SAP Editor. You will contribute to the overall architecture to address customer needs in line with the PSL roadmap, ERP strategy, and Digital strategy, while securing the end-to-end consistency of the architecture in close collaboration with PSL, Business and System Architects
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to PSL SAP architecture and Roadmap and drive its architectural definition
Coordinate with other Architects (within Digital, such as PSL and Domain Architects) to ensure the architectural definition is timely updated with consistent and clear end-to-end architecture design and roadmap
Analyze business requirements and business capability planning and map them with the right technological choices in preparation or execution of the ERP transformation
Do SAP Line of Business (LoB) watch, in order to share with the business product for innovation acceleration within the community for growth of IM internal skills
Facilitate co-innovation with SAP on your SAP line of Business (LoB)
Contribute to SAP Technology vision strategy and roadmap
Contribute to Airbus architects communities
Collaborate closely with Business to secure alignment of the architecture and roadmaps with the design of end-to-end processes. This includes management and triage of Business requirements that aren’t in line with the architectural direction
Define the PSL SAP architectural roadmap and its evolution, securing consistency with the Airbus ERP and Data strategy, and drive its execution via the System Architects towards modernization
Drive the Airbus ERP strategy based on PSL requirements, reflecting the needs of Airbus operations
Drive global architecture of S/4 transformation in the PSL Spares and Services and related deployment strategy
Efficient stakeholder management is key. You will be accountable for optimal collaboration and coordination to secure timely convergence on the design of the architecture evolution for the PSL. - Main stakeholders include: the Head of PSL Program, Business representatives, Process Owners, System Architects, Product and Service Line Architects, Enterprise Architects, ERP CoE Domain Architect, and ERP strategy leaders.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Digital Architecture
Expertise on SAP Sales & Service line of business perimeter (S/4 Services, Service Cloud, ESM, C4C, CPQ, Commerce Cloud,…)
Strong functional knowledge on ERP processes and SAP integration in regard to Services
Practical experience on ERP deployment in S/4 & SAP Cloud solutions
Knowledge of customer services material management business processes is a plus
Experience in SAP integration projects and transnational, multifunctional teams and agile projects
High level SAP technical acumen and knowledge in Digital technologies such Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, User Experience
Ability to investigate the latest innovations to establish understanding of the evolving SAP line of business (LoB)
Strong collaboration skills beyond organizations, ability to build trusting and strong relationships with all stakeholders, and capacity to influence
Strong coordination and leadership skills, in particular influencing and convincing skills
Ability to integrate different types of communities
Communication: The ability to communicate effectively at all levels with your team, customers, end-users, a peer network of stakeholders, and management
Language skills: Advanced level in English
