Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our Test Management Organization, leading testing activities for large?scale enterprise SAP initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive test strategy, planning, execution, and UAT while partnering closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high?quality software.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end?to?end testing for enterprise SAP projects (strategy, planning, execution, defect management)
  • Own and communicate test plans, test status, risks, and outcomes
  • Oversee manual testing efforts and manage testing resources and priorities
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tester onboarding
  • Drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement
  • Deliver clear, executive?level written and verbal communications
  • Support onshore/offshore testing models

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of SAP testing experience, including test leadership roles
  • Retail industry experience
  • Hands?on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and SAP implementations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MD, Finance, BW)
  • Experience testing integrated systems (POS, Web, OMS, Financials, Data Warehouse)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
  • Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test/defect management tools
  • Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
