Job Description:

The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect – Procure to Pay (P2P) is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end‑to‑end Procurement & Materials Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA. The role demands deep functional expertise in the P2P domain, strong cross‑functional integration knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant solution architectures. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and integration partners across the full lifecycle of SAP programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions, mapping business processes to system functionalities
  • Develop architectural frameworks, RICEFW solution approaches, and integration designs
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, performance standards, and SAP best practices
  • Provide solution options with impact analyses and guide decision‑making at leadership level
  • Partner with Finance, MDG, Security, Basis, Integration, Ariba/SRM, and Business Process Owners
  • Ensure seamless integration with FI, SD, WM/EWM, and external procurement systems
  • Collaborate with development teams on ABAP/UI5 enhancements and RICEFWs
  • Drive workshops for requirement gathering, solution validation, and design sign‑off
  • Lead configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare activities
  • Provide direction to offshore and onshore teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in P2P and S/4HANA transformations
  • End to end S/4 implementation experience (Greenfield/Brownfield)
  • Strong functional knowledge of MM, Procurement, Inventory, and P2P compliance processes
  • Experience working with SAP Fiori, BTP Extensions, Integration technologies, CDS Views, APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to lead design workshops, create solution architecture documents, and drive governance
  • Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 20+ resources
