Job Description:

The SAP S4 SD Functional Lead role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. The candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required, and SAP certification is preferred. Responsibilities include leading implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior consultants. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes
  • Manage integration points with other SAP modules
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • SAP certification is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
