Job Description

We are currently seeking a SAP S4 SD/ AATP functional to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Assess the organization’s business model and its integration with technology to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate the current state and define future-state processes and business solutions for aATP
  • Develop detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future workflows
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders across the organization
  • Actively participate in team discussions, contributing insights and solutions to work-related challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of aATP strategies
  • Design and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions aligned with aATP strategies and business objectives
  • Ensure seamless integration of technology and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support implementation by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring successful user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize aATP processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and implement innovative solutions
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to support forward-thinking strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SD and aATP, providing guidance to the team
  • Lead and mentor team members to foster collaboration and deliver impactful results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Logistics (Sales & Distribution, Service Management) and aATP
  • Proven implementation experience in SD and Service Management
  • Strong integration knowledge across logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling, and manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications
  • Hands-on experience in one or more discrete industries (Automotive, IM&C, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience in S/4HANA conversion projects, including Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), is preferred
  • Experience with Solution Manager is preferred
  • SAP S/4HANA SD certification is a plus
  • 7+ years of consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing within discrete industries must have SAPaATP experience
  • 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects in customer-facing roles
  • At least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA SD & Service / aATP implementations
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in a team lead role with mentoring responsibilities
  • Domain experience in logistics within discrete industries is an added advantage
