Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support Treasury transformation activities and contribute to best-practice S/4HANA Treasury solutions across Cash Management, Liquidity, Bank Account Management, TRM, Payments, and Banking Integration. The role combines strong functional Treasury knowledge with technical understanding of S/4HANA processes, data, and integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Treasury solution designs for SAP S/4HANA
  • Support Treasury processes across Cash Management, BAM, IHC, TRM, and Payments
  • Work with technical teams on interfaces, BTP extensions, RICEFW objects, and Fiori app enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with the Systems Integrator to align on design decisions, documentation, delivery timelines, and governance
  • Lead workshops, prepare functional documentation, and support UAT/SIT cycles
  • Drive data migration activities for Treasury master data and financial transactions
  • Engage with Treasury, Finance, IT, external banking partners, and SI teams
  • Support post-go-live stabilisation and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years SAP experience, including hands-on exposure to S/4HANA Treasury
  • Strong knowledge of Cash & Liquidity, Bank Communication, Financial Instruments, and ISO20022/SWIFT formats
  • Proven experience working with Systems Integrators in SAP delivery environments
  • Experience with integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, payment hubs)
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear solution requirements and documentation
  • Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
